Registration Step 2

Kern Youth Rugby and KYR HS Rugby 7's

Go to https://xplorer.rugby/kern-youth-rugby
Log in with your email address/password OR
Create a new account (if 1st time) using the parent’s name & email information (Rugby Region = USA Rugby)
The system will find a profile for you or ask you to create one
You will then receive a confirmation email. Verify the email and log into your new RX account (USA Rugby)
Click “Register” in the left hand column
Find a Club. For u6-u14 and HS Summer 7's search KERN YOUTH RUGBY
“link a new person” to add your son or daughter ONLY register 1 child at a time
Select the role, type and duration (USA RUGBY is for an entire season, 9/1/25 – 8/1/26

*u6/u8 will register under ROOKIE Rugby ($16+fees) (paid directly to USA RUGBY)

**u10, u12, u14 will register under YOUTH ($46+fees) (paid directly to USA RUGBY)

*** High School players will register under HIGH SCHOOL ($46+fees) (paid directly to USA RUGBY)
Follow the prompts to complete additional steps and enter your childs’ information
Repeat steps 6-11 for each child SEPARATELY

SAVE YOUR CHILDS USA Rugby ID#. You will need it when registering for SoCal (Matchfacts Step3).

SoCal YOUTH Registration Link - Winter Youth 2026 competitive and Summer 7s ALL ages
SoCal Weight Verification for u10 and u12 Boys ONLY

- take a 3-5 second video of your u10 or u12 boy standing on a scale

- start the video full body then pan down and end at the scale reading.

- attach the video to this email address: kate@socalyouth.rugby

- include child's name and DOB in the subject line

- only send 1 video for each child in separate emails
